I genuinely felt crazy.

I'd been on birth control since I was 17. When I came off it after moving to Queensland, I felt completely lost — moody, emotional, constantly on the verge of tears, breaking out, gaining weight, exhausted. Life just felt heavier than it used to.

I visited many doctors several times. I had every test under the sun. And every single time, I was told I was "perfectly normal" — and handed a prescription to go back on the pill.

But I didn't feel normal. I felt like no one was listening.

When I discovered cycle syncing — learning how to train, eat and live in alignment with my 28-day cycle — I finally felt like myself again. It healed my relationship with food, taught me how to rest without guilt, and helped me actually see results. Mentally and physically.

I built this program because I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel completely off. And I don't want that to be your story for any longer than it has to be.
